Today we learned about the digestive system. When you eat food it the starts in the mouth then goes down into the esophagus Then into stomach, into the small intestine, into the large intestine and into the anus. In the small intestine it takes 3 to 5 hours to digest and the large intestine takes 5 to 8 hours to digest. You need to eat food to get energy, but its better to eat vegetables so you can be healthy. You also have to drink 12 cups a water a day. Its also important to have balance so you can be normal. Its also good to exercise a lot. The liver is important because it helps you take out toxic out of you and helps you digest the food.
